An excursion to Renon is well worth anyone’s time and a real experience. In the San Genesio cable car you glide in eight minutes to Bolzano, then on by bus to the Renon cable car that takes you on a 12 minute ride to Soprabolzano. From there you can ride in a historic railway, a narrow gauge railway, to Collalbo. Continue on foot to the Renon earth pyramids, the highest and most beautifully shaped ones of their kind in Europe.
