Erlebe atemberaubende Ausblicke auf der Hängebrücke Marterloch - der längsten (272 m) und höchsten (130 m) Hängebrücke Südtirols!🥾

Empfehlenswert, da am Ausgangspunkt Afing nur wenige Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen und entlang des Weges zur Brücke keine Fahrzeuge abgestellt werden dürfen: mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen!🚌

Die Buslinie 157 verkehrt stündlich zwischen Jenesien und Afing Dorf. Von dort ist es nur ca. 1 Stunde zu Fuß entlang des dazugehörigen Themenweges zur Brücke. Oder du nutzt unseren Shuttledienst jeden Mittwoch und Freitag um 11 Uhr ab Afing, der dich bis kurz vor die Brücke bringt. Weitere Infos auf www.jenesien.net😍

Consigliato, poiché al punto di partenza in Avigna sono disponibili solo pochi parcheggi e lungo il sentiero verso il ponte non è consentito parcheggiare: arriva con i mezzi pubblici!

La linea autobus 157 collega ogni ora San Genesio e Avigna. Da lì ci vuole solo circa 1 ora a piedi lungo il percorso tematico corrispondente fino al ponte. Oppure puoi usare il nostro servizio navetta ogni mercoledì e venerdì alle 11:00 da Avigna, che ti porta quasi fino al ponte. Ulteriori informazioni su www.jenesien.net😍

Experience breathtaking views on the Marterloch suspension bridge — the longest (272 m) and highest (130 m) suspension bridge in South Tyrol!🥾

Recommended, since only a few parking spaces are available at the starting point in Afing and parking is not allowed along the path to the bridge: travel by public transport!🚌

Bus line 157 runs hourly between Jenesien and Afing village. From there, it’s only about a 1-hour walk along the corresponding thematic path to the bridge. Es ist wieder soweit: Die saftig-grünen Wiesen rund um Jenesien werden gemäht und würziger Heuduft liegt in der Luft. Doch frisch geborene Rehkitze sind jetzt besonders gefährdet.🦌Die Rehmütter legen ihre Kleinen ins hohe Gras, um auf Nahrungssuche zu gehen, während diese instinktiv reglos am Boden liegen bleiben. Beim Mähen bleiben die Kitze dann oft unbemerkt. Deshalb setzen sich Landwirte und Jäger seit Jahren gemeinsam für deren Rettung ein. Mit Wärmebild-Drohnen werden die Tiere vor der Mahd aufgespürt und einen sicheren Ort gebracht.💚🥰

Ma i cuccioli di cervo appena nati sono ora particolarmente a rischio.🦌Le fattrici lasciano i loro piccoli nell’erba alta per cercare cibo, mentre questi restano immobili a terra. Durante la falciatura, i cuccioletti rimangono spesso inosservati. Per questo agricoltori e cacciatori collaborano da anni per salvarli. Con droni termici i cuccioli vengono individuati prima della mietitura e portati in un luogo sicuro. 💚🥰

It’s that time again: the lush green meadows around Jenesien are being mowed, and a spicy hay scent fills the air. But newborn roe deer fawns are especially at risk now.🦌The does place her little ones in tall grass to search for food, while they lie motionless on the ground. During mowing, the fawns often are unnoticed. Therefore, farmers and hunters are working together already for years to save them. With thermal drones, the animals are located before mowing and taken to a safe place. 💚🥰

Am kommenden Wochenende wird wieder Glaninger Kirchtag gefeiert. Eröffnet wird er am Samstagabend mit Partystimmung und Musik.🎉🥳 Den Herz-Jesu-Sonntag läutet die Heilige Messe mit anschließender Prozession ein. Am Abend, wenn es langsam dunkel wird, ist es dann wieder soweit: Die Herz-Jesu-Feuer werden feierlich entzündet und erleuchten die umliegenden Höhen - ein Brauch, der auf ein Gelöbnis aus dem Jahr 1796 zurückgeht und die Geschichte jedes Jahr aufs Neue kraftvoll wieder aufleben lässt.🔥

L’evento si aprirà sabato sera con party e musica.🎉🥳 La domenica del Sacro Cuore sarà inaugurata dalla Santa Messa con successiva processione. La sera, quando il cielo si oscura lentamente, sarà di nuovo il momento: i fuochi del Sacro Cuore verranno accesi solennemente e illumineranno le alture circostanti — una tradizione che risale a un voto del 1796 e che fa rivivere con forza, ogni anno, la storia.🔥

Nach Meilensteinen wie der Eröffnung der Seilbahn (1937) und dem ersten Ortsprospekt über Jenesien (1955) brachten die 1970er Jahre weitere wichtige Impulse - z. B. neue Wanderwege, Blumenwettbewerbe, eine Rodelbahn und ein Loipengerät für den Winter sowie die Eröffnung des Freischwimmbades. Kooperationen mit umliegenden Verkehrsvereinen und das erste offizielle Büro stärkten außerdem die Professionalität der Vereinsarbeit.

Dopo tappe come l’apertura della funivia (1937) e il primo opuscolo su San Genesio (1955), gli anni Settanta hanno portato ulteriori impulsi importanti, ad esempio nuovi sentieri escursionistici, concorsi di fiori, una pista per slittini e un'attrezzatura per sci di fondo per l'inverno, nonché l’apertura della piscina. Le collaborazioni con associazioni turistici circostanti e il primo ufficio ufficiale hanno inoltre rafforzato la professionalità dell’associazione.

After milestones such as the opening of the cable car (1937) and the first town prospectus about Jenesien (1955), the 1970s brought further important impulses - e.g. new hiking trails, flower competitions, a toboggan run and a cross-country ski trail device for winter, as well as the opening of the outdoor swimming pool. Collaborations with neighboring tourist associations and the first official office also strengthened the professionalism of the association.
